The Senate Foreign Relations Committee, after making asses [pun intended] of themselves, voted 16-2 for confirmation of Dr. Rice. The Poodle (Kerry) and the Bulldog (Boxer) voted against. The Dems have invoked a rule so full vote will be delayed.
