I would not suggest limiting the ability of any group or individual to seek redress in our courts for any injury of merit. However, I do not believe it equitable for any non-government group or individual be paid with my money to bring litigation with which I do not agree.

I urge you to support repeal of United States Code 42, Section 1988 (b). [Thank you for your support of HR 2679.]
