If we disagree with taking Christ out of Christmas and many other attacks with which one may not agree, we have to act. the American Civil Liberties Union has the same free speech rights as the rest of us and should have the same access to the courts. However, you and I should not have to subsidize their efforts with our tax dollars. Check the above links and let your representatives know that you support repeal of 42 US Code 1988(b).
